I've spent most of the last two decades in nonprofits programs and management.  I've led teams of volunteers and staff, I've created and grown new programs, and I've worked with donors and supporters, clients and boards to help some wonderful missions succeed.  I've had incredible opportunities to help organizations grow, change, and stabilize at critical moments. I know that organizations need the right tools at hand to make the most of their resources, and  frequently lack the resources to develop those tools effectively.

I'm an experienced, Certified Salesforce Admin and Nonprofit Consultant with a penchant for creative problem solving on a budget.  I'm an avid researcher of the available tools that help organizations organize, automate and execute their work.  I have a passion for efficiency, coffee, and exclamation points!
